Torneria Serra has over 60 multi-spindle automatic lathes for bars or tubes with diameter from 5 mm to 100 mm. Torneria Serra utilizes GILDEMEISTER, PITTLER, WICKMAN and MORI SAY lathing centres.

In order to increase the already high productivity of such machinery, the lathes have been equipped with automatic bar loading devices. These machines are particularly suitable for large series production volumes of average complexity. In addition, Torneria Serra also uses CNC sliding headstock lathes, specifically designed for the production of shafts.

The robustness and powerful performance of the equipment allows the company to machine and process highly-resistant materials such as high alloy steels.
